This one day 7 hour required update course is designed to focus on recent changes to USPAP requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers.

  PA Appraisal Regulations

This course is designed to review the required Pennsylvania appraisal laws and regulations applicable to appraisals in Pennsylvania. Focus will be on assuring the appraiser stays compliant with the changes that occurred over the past two years.

Cost vs. Value

This course will focus on applying grid adjustments based on Cost vs. Value.  It will exam the difference between Objective and Subjective Value.

Appraisal Jeopardy (Basic Appraisal Quiz)

This appraisal course provides an overview and review of real property concepts and characteristics, legal consideration, value influences, types of value and ethics in appraisal practice.  Thorough discussion of appraisal principles, accompanied by practical examples, provides a solid review of appraisal basics.
