- This course is designed to give the students a through
understanding of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as
promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation and as required by Title XI of the
Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 ( FIRREA ).
- This course is required in order to obtain an appraisal
license.
- This course has been approved for 15 hours credit to meet the
requirements of the Appraisal Qualification Board,
- One (1) Broker Credit and 14 Hours Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE)
- for renewal of a broker or Salesperson license for 2008.
